As governments begin to reopen public spaces, schools, offices and factories, it is critical for organizations to implement solutions that mitigate risk of exposure to COVID-19. Eco-Enterprise offers a COVID-CLEAN program: our cutting-edge suite of products and services that help organizations save money, drive sustainability and ensure safety for people and the planet.
Eco-Enterprise was proudly named First United States Distributor for an EPA registered proprietary antiviral surface treatment and spray. Our spray kills Covid-19, viruses, bacteria, fungi, mold and “continues to disinfect” or “treat” HVAC filters and surfaces up-to-7 days or 200 touches!
Aeris Active is a renowned hospital-grade disinfectant and treatment spray that has been used with great success to limit the spread of diseases in Australian hospitals, childcare centers and much more. This antiviral treatment is intended to be used on all surfaces (e.g.: desks, counter tables, dressing rooms, warehouses, and much more). We also offer a solution for HVAC systems (e.g.: coils, vents, filters) to clean the air with the additional benefit of improving efficiency by lowering energy costs associated with running HVAC units. By using this treatment spray, clients save thousands-of-dollars every year in cleaning products. Clients also increase efficiency by saving their cleaning staff time utilizing Aeris Active when compared to how standard disinfectants must be applied every few minutes, every few hours or daily in order to keep an environment COVID-CLEAN by our standards.

Aeris Active® is a hospital grade disinfectant spray that also provides an invisible protectant film to keep surfaces free from viruses up-to-200 touches or 7-days!
Our unique antiviral treatment is a safe water-based germicidal solution made up of Hydrogen Peroxide, Benzalkonium Chloride, and a proprietary polymer. The polymer works as a film-foaming agent providing ongoing protection of surfaces from microbial contamination, including: bacteria, fungi and viruses.
WHAT IT DOES:
Kills viruses (coronavirus), fungi, mold, mildew, and bacteria within 60-seconds for extended durations and touches:
HOW MUCH TO USE:
• No dilution and ready to use
• One gallon can be used to clean and disinfect 650 square feet of space
• For deep cleaning, one gallon can be used to clean and disinfect 250 square feet of space
The AerisGuardTM HVAC Bioactive Filter Treatment has some of the same disinfectants as Aeris Active® but is specialized formula to be applied to HVAC air filters at the time of installation (or to existing filters) to effectively kill viruses throughout the HVAC ventilation system.
The filter treatment is based on patented technology that ensures slow migration of a combination of active compounds into dust particles trapped within the filter. Dust particles provide a source of nutrients for odor-causing bacteria and mold, which rapidly grow colonies in untreated air filters. Towards the end of its life cycle, a typical filter is highly contaminated. Aside from potential human health consequences, the proliferation of the mold and odor-causing bacteria ultimately leads to the filter becoming blocked.
WHAT IT DOES:
Prevents, inhibits, and controls fungi, mold, mildew, and bacteria growth on HVAC air filters and filter media:
HOW MUCH TO USE:
• No dilution and ready to use
• For Cardboard disposable and V Form filters:
Use 5 fluid oz per filter or one gallon can be used to disinfect 25 filters
• For industrial Deep Bed and Pocket Bag filters:
Use 11.15 fluid oz per filter or one gallon can be used to disinfect 11 filters
AerisGuardTM HVAC Indoor Coil Treatment is applied on-site to HVAC&R heat exchanger coils for domestic, commercial and industrial air-handling installations.
Over time the surfaces of coils become dirty. Air moving over the coils contains dirt, dust, pollen, moisture and other contaminants. A build-up of biofilm and contaminants decreases the available surface area for heat transfer reducing the efficiency of the heat transfer process, leading to excess energy consumption & poor system performance.
WHAT IT DOES:
Provides residual protection to control and prevent mold and odor-causing bacteria, minimizes recontamination, and improves airflow and performance.
HOW MUCH TO USE:
• No dilution and ready to use
• Use one fluid oz per square foot of coil (based on 12 fins/inch and 100mm/4 inches depth) and another one fluid oz on the other side (Therefore, 10 square foot of coil face—per side—requires 20 fluid oz of product)
• Use one gallon per 128 square foot of coil face. (One gallon will cover 64 square feet of coil face, both sides)
AerisGuardTM HVAC Bioactive Surface Treatment is used for treating walls, floors, ceilings of air-handling units and cold storage rooms, preventing the growth of viruses, bacteria and mold for up-to-12 months.
When inadequately maintained, these surfaces become colonized with bacteria and mold. AerisGuardTM Surface Treatment is a residual treatment that ensures mold spores are controlled following mechanical and general cleaning. It can be applied with a damp mop or wiped onto all surfaces physically accessible. It can be fogged through the system to ensure total coverage.
WHAT IT DOES:
• Kills viruses (coronavirus), fungi, mold, mildew, and bacteria within 60-seconds for extended durations and touches
• Expected to be the first ever EPA-Registered product with a residual protection claim (i.e.: Kills CORONAVIRUS for 7-days or up-to-200 touches) for viruses after the initial kill
• EPA Registration Pending (USA)
• HACCP Approved and Patented Technology
• Dual biocides with broad spectrum anti-bacterial activity
• Viralstat, fungistat, mildewstat, and bacteriostat
HOW MUCH TO USE:
• No dilution and ready to use
• Use on fluid oz per 5 square foot or one gallon per 625 square feet
